Velvet & Oak began with a simple belief: that exceptional coffee deserves an equally exceptional setting. Founded by Elena Marchetti, a third-generation coffee roaster from Milan, our cafe brings together the time-honored traditions of European coffee culture with a contemporary, welcoming atmosphere.
We source our beans directly from small-scale farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, ensuring fair prices and sustainable practices. Each cup is brewed to order by our skilled baristas, trained in both classic techniques and modern innovations.
